PRACTICE FEES
Bulk Billing
We Bulk Bill all patients who can produce a current DVA Gold Card and all children under the age of 16. For all other patients we require full payment on the day (Please refer to our fee schedule above applicable from 01/07/2023). A reduced fee is applicable for students and concession card holders. A surcharge will be added to all accounts not paid on the day of consultation.
Standard consultations are booked for 15mins. Please note this also includes the administration time the doctor needs to review and write up any notes after the face to face consultation occurs. Fees vary according to the nature of your consultation and will depend on the length of time that you spend with your doctor, the complexity of your condition and any additional services performed (excisions, procedures, vaccinations, dressings etc).
Saturday Appointments
Please be advised that the only patients who are bulk billed on a Saturday are DVA Gold Card holders. All other patients will be charged and a Saturday surcharge also applies.
Medicare Safety Net
Medicare Safety Nets can help to lower your out of pocket costs - individuals with no dependants who hold a Medicare Card are automatically registered. Couples and families need to register once only for this. Visit <https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/medicare-safety-nets> for more information.
Overseas Students & Visitors
We welcome overseas students and visitors who have current cover through a health fund and are not covered by Medicare. We have facilities on site to claim your health fund contribution (see below for accepted health funds). Same fee schedule apples as is stated above. Reduced fee applicable to students and anyone under the age of 16 is bulk billed.
