If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you must immediately:
If you need help, call the COVID-19 Response Care Team on 1800 272 872. If you are having severe headaches or dizziness, difficulty breathing or chest pain, call Triple Zero (000) straight away and tell the ambulance staff that you have COVID-19. There will be no cost for this ambulance.

- Self-isolate in your home or accommodation.
- Tell the following people that you have tested positive for COVID-19:
- people staying at your house
- friends and other people you have met socially for 15 minutes or more in an indoor place without a mask: ― from 2 days before you got sick until now, or ― if you had no symptoms, from 2 days before your test until now
- your manager at your workplace
- your school / university / education facility.

Assuming you fit the criteria for all of the above you may proceed to book a face to face appointment following all the below guidelines:
We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse towards any of our staff and we expect them to be treated with respect at all times. We aim to provide you the best possible health care during a challenging stage and we appreciate your honesty and patience during this process.
- fever (a temperature of 37.5˚C or higher) or chills
- cough
- loss of taste or smell
- sore throat
- runny or blocked nose
- shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
When you are booking your appointment you will be required to answer the following questions:
- Do you have any cough, cold, sore throat, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath or loss of taste or smell?
- Have you received two doses of any covid-19 vaccination?
- Are you or anyone you have been in contact with awaiting a covid-19 test result or tested positive to covid-19?
Assuming you fit the criteria for all of the above you may proceed to book a face to face appointment following all the below guidelines:
- You must check in using our QR Code Check In or our manual sign in at concierge.
- Sanitise your hands upon entry.
- Surgical masks (not cloth) are MANDATORY for all patients, visitor and staff and must be worn correctly at all times.
- You will be required to attend your appointment alone unless you need to be accompanied by a carer, parent etc.
- All patients must remain 1.5m apart at all times.
- You will be required to wait in your car or outside until the time of your appointment. Volume of people in the waiting room will be kept to a minimum.
