Patients will be asked whether they ahve any of the following symptoms:

  • fever (a temperature of 37.5ËšC or higher) or chills

  • cough

  • loss of taste or smell

  • sore throat

  • runny or blocked nose

  • shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)

If you have any of these symptoms you will be offered a telehealth appointment or you may present to one of the respiratory clinics located around Adelaide. Alternatively you can have a Covid-19 PCR test and with a negative result you may present to the clinic.

 

Please speak with reception to discuss the most appropriote appointment type.

​If you have none of the above symptoms you may attend in person for an appointment and follow the below guidelines:

  • Sanitise your hands upon entry.

  • All patients must remain 1.5m apart at all times.

If you do not follow the above guidelines you may be putting our Doctors, Nurses, Admin Staff and other patients at risk. This may result in our practice being put under unnecessary amounts of pressure and alter the level of service we are able to provide.

We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse towards any of our staff and we expect them to be treated with respect at all times. We aim to provide you the best possible health care during a challenging stage and we appreciate your honesty and patience during this process.

Covid Vaccines

We are an approved covid-19 vaccination provider. We are happy to help provide the Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 immunisation for existing patients over the age of 18 who hold a valid Medicare card.

Having a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is one way we can protect our community against coronavirus. COVID-19 vaccines help to prevent serious illness and death from COVID-19, and they are free for everyone in Australia.
